Laboratory of Developmental Genetics and Tissue Homeostasis

We are a developmental biology lab in the Department of Biology and Chemistry at California State University, Monterey Bay. Through a combination of high-resolution microscopy techniques and the vast array of genetics and molecular biology tools available to the Drosophila fruit fly model system, we seek to uncover the mechanisms underlying quality control during organogenesis.
